Signing a cooperation agreement on science and technology between the Institute of Science and Technology for Energy and Environment (ISTEE) and the Electric Power University (EPU).

On the morning of July 10^th, 2024, the Institute of Science and Technology for Energy and Environment (ISTEE) and Electric Power University (EPU) held a ceremony to sign a cooperation agreement on science and technology at the Institute of Science and Technology for Energy and Environment.

Attending the signing were Associate Professor, Dr. Do Van Manh – Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of ISTEE; Dr. Nguyen Quang Ninh – Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Director of ISTEE; and representatives of leaders of units in the Institute.

On the side of the working group of Electricity University were Meritorious teacher, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Dinh Ngo – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Associate Professor, Dr. Dinh Van Chau – Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the school; Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Le Cuong – Party Committee member, Vice Principal of the school; with the heads of faculties, departments, and functional departments of the school.

At the signing, Associate Professor, Dr. Do Van Manh expressed his joy when cooperating with Electric Power University. He hopes that the signing will create opportunities for development in the coming time for the two sides to become more substantive and comprehensive.

According to the content of cooperation, the two sides also develop together in the field of Training: Building a training development strategy related to energy and environment; Develop undergraduate and postgraduate training programs; Support learners to participate in internships and practice subjects; Introducing experts/scientists/lecturers participating in teaching and guiding internships/practices/experiments/graduation theses/dissertations/dissertations; Coordinate the compilation of textbooks, reference books and monographs for training, scientific research and publishing,…

In the field of Science and technology: develop and deploy science and technology tasks at all levels; Participate in scientific and technological research cooperation; Coordinate in publishing and publishing scientific and technological publications; Coordinate to organize scientific conferences/seminars/discussions; Introducing experts in the appraisal of scientific and technological tasks and scientific articles; Introducing experts/scientists/lecturers to guide learners in scientific research.

In the field of Deployment Applications: Coordinate in preparing bidding documents, signing and implementing deployment application contracts; Create conditions for collaborators of the two Parties to cooperate in implementing Deployment Application contracts; Introduce and send experts to participate in implementation of application contracts according to the needs of the other Party; Other cooperation, specifically participating in consulting on sustainable energy development and environmental policies; Collaborate in technology transfer and innovation application activities.

Within the framework of the meeting, the delegation of Electricity Power University visited projects and topics of the Institute of Science and Technology for Energy and Environment and had discussions on related cooperation contents related to the fields of training, science and technology as well as other cooperation appropriate to the functions and tasks of each party.
